Last Field of the First Page Tabs back to the Top of the First Page instead of Page Two

Good morning,

I have seen a few posts floating around regarding this and/or similar issues, but I haven't quite found an exact solution that makes sense to me or has helped me solve it.

I created the attached form and when I go to fill it out in Chrome or Edge, tabbing out of the last Date field on page one highlights LEGAL PROVIDER NAME at the top of page one instead of continuing to the Notes field on page two. I don't see any reason for this in the tab order list in Acrobat and when I Preview the document in Acrobat, it works properly and tabs from the Date field to Notes.

Any advice and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Probably because comments (and links) are also included in the tab order. There's usually no way around it, short of flattening them or making them hidden. Since it's working correctly in Acrobat and Reader you should report this issue to the developers of the other PDF viewers you're using.
