Mac Version Default Date

Question

So every time I create a new form and need to add the date, the date format is in European and not US, where I reside.  I do not want to just change it every time I create a form.  I want to change the default to the format I want.   I am on the Mac version.  I have verified my Mac Language and Region is set to US and thought maybe that was the issue somewhere in the Adobe settings.  Please help.  Thank you.

Could you please share the screenshot of the date format currently set as the default?

Share the Acrobat and OS versions.

It is not possible to make the changes to the default options in the properties window for the form fields. However, we will check if anything can be done.
