Hello,

I am merging several PDF documents via Power Automate Flows with the merge action from Adobe, which are in SharePoint list items, i.e. getting attachment content etc..

Until last Friday, the action worked perfectly. Since Monday, however, it has been hanging in a continuous loop with the merge function until it times out. I have not changed anything in the action or in the test documents in SharePoint.

What could be the reason?

  • Ensure that the permissions for the SharePoint documents have not changed and that Power Automate has the proper permissions to access the files.

 

 

  • Review the timeout settings for the merge action in Power Automate. If necessary, consider splitting the PDF documents into smaller sets and merging them in batches.
