Question

multiple adobe accounts issues

My colleague has 2 Adobe accounts: one with her personal e-mailadress and a second account which is related to a group e-mailadress used by 2 persons. For a very long time, she is having trouble creating PDFs: with the shared account, she can create PDFs but it takes a very long time (2 - 3h for +- 300pages). With her personal account, nothing happens when she wants to create a PDF.

We have tried several different ways of creating the PDF: starting from the Word document and use printing, use 'save as PDF', using the Adobe tab in Word. Also starting from Adobe --> open Document --> save as

Nothing seems to solve the problem.

Today we tried if turning on the option under 'Manage my account --> account and security --> automatic profile selection' would help, but still no solution.

We have check the settings of her account with mine, all is the same. But I'm not having any problem at all to create PDFs

What are we doing wrong? Is there a workaround or solution to fix this problem?

Hi Ravi,

Yes she has a subsription on both accounts.

Transforming the same document into PDF takes me 3 minutes, for her it's takings hours. So meanwhile we tried switching accounts: I logged on on my pc with her account, she used mine on hers --> the issue remains. With her account on my pc, everything works fine, my account on her pc takes hours to create. Which makes that the issue is not related to her account. We are now searching were the bug could be (her pc is less likely as she just got a new one and Windows 11 is installed on it, as it is on mine). Most likely, it will have something to do with her Windows account we think? If anyone here has ever had the same problem or coulds suggest how to fix this, we would be very gratefull :).

We continue searching meanwhile!
