Multiple backgrounds?
Does anyone know how to put multiple backgrounds in a single .PDF? I want to use a colored letterhead background that has a different page one layout than the rest.

Try using a Watermark instead of a Background for that specific page. You can also manually add a background layer to it, via the Layers panel.
