Open in app from MS Edge is missing for some users

Hi! Any reason why the Edit > Open in app option when opening a PDF from SharePoint browser is missing for other users?

 

This is my broswer, works perfectly fine for me:

 

But for some others:

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Please ask the user to clear the cache memory of the browser also try to reset the browser and see if that helps.

 

He may also try using the incognito mode and check.
