Organize pages not updating changes

I'm using the browser version of Adobe Acrobat. When in Organize Pages, when I add pages from my computer Adobe is not reflecting the new pages. Instead, they look like duplicates of the pages that were already there. Sometimes the file updates as I add more pages, but other times not.
