PDF files opens with Print dialog - how to prevent it?

Hello,

I am using an application which batch convert PDFs to TIFFs. Normally printing happens on background but some of the files would just launch Adobe and open in it  with Print dialog popping up right away, and one has to click on Print button for printing to continue. When process happens on multiple machines, it is impossible to click on Print on all of them when it happens, and that leads to timeouts.

So, the question is if it is possible to prevent this from happening. Some settings in Adobe application, maybe? I have read some posts about something like that, but they were about disabling JavaScript or deleting some JavaScript in the document. Disabling didn't help and there's no document JavaScript in these files.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

So you don't use the Adobe PDF printer driver? Indeed, that's not our department.

Hello,

conversion occurs by printing through the printer driver provided with processing application that we use.

Thank you
