PDF Form with sections to complete although Blank when opened my end is prefiled on arrival

Hi

I have forms for completion which I send out, so boxes to be filled.  When I open the form my end those sections are Blank, however when the form arrives the sections have detail in them previously completed.  Why would these sections be blank my end but filed in when someelse opens the form?  And how do I stop that happening

Hope you are doing well, and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

 

Please share the PDF file so that we can check it on our end.

 

What are the workflow/steps the other users are doing to open the PDF form, if they are opening it in the web browser, please ask them to download the file first and then open it with Adobe Acrobat/Reader dc application and check.

Hi

PDF attached, the Customer name sections should be Blank on opening, those one the signature pages, however they seem to be opening pre-filled.  My end they are Blank, I have had a number of clients saying they arrive pre-filled, they are opening on their devices on on the cloud.

I am not able to find the PDF that you may have tried to attach, please try to resend the PDF. Also ask the users to download the PDF file locally on their computer and then try to open with Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC appliction and see if that works.
