PDF Open Password Dialogue Customisation

Hi,

Is there a way to customize Password Dialogue while creating PDF files? Or putting some custom message within dialogue like 'Your DOB is your password' etc.. If there is any library which we can use while generating PDF file to customize password dialogue.

Any help would be highly appreciated !!
