pdf turns to DOC automatically

why all my pdf files turn to DOC-20230711-WA0001. whenever I share files from WhatsApp to other app, my files are also renamed and extension is changed, and unable to open the files until I manually add .pdf extension to each and every files please help I can't manually rename every app 😢 100s of files, 

this is a big headache please anyone
