PDFMaker Addin disabled in Word 2016

Hi Everyone,

We have noticed that the "Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin" is getting disabled by Office if you have "Require Application Add-ins to be signed by a Trusted Publisher". I believe this is due to the fact that the Certificate used to sign the DLL expired on the 08/05/2017.

Is there any way to fix this as its affecting a large number of users.

Kindest Regards,

Chris

Good message thread!  Sadly the links don't answer the question if you are working in a corporate/gov't environment with group policy for security.  Did you get a solution for how to get the proper certificate to add to the Trusted Publishers so that the add-in can be enabled (and indeed all add-ins that are properly signed by Adobe will just work)?

GPO
User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Microsoft Excel 2016\Excel Options\Security\Trust Center\Require That Application Add-ins are Signed by Trusted Publisher
