Preflight profile won't load on mac os

Question

Hi!

I've created an Acrobat preflight profile on a windows machine, that was exported to a .kfpl file and sent to my mac os machine. I thought there would be no problems with that, but I keep getting an error message saying the library could not be found.

I don't know if I need to set up some extra configurations for my custom preflight profile to work or if I will have to go through all the process of creating a new one directly on my mac os machine.

We've had a similar situation here, except:

The preflight library was made on a Mac, not a PC.
It loads fine on most of our computers, but not all of them. Even when they are running the same update of Acrobat and the same operating system!

Any help appreciated.
