Problem with the filling of a document

Good evening, 

Finally I got my new PC - HP Spectre x360. I bought that one, that i can use always the same pc and let the clients sign the documents directly on my PC. But unfurtunatelly I'am not able to write with the pen on the prepared area and I neither can sign it with the pen. 

Can you please help me, what I have to change that i can fill the document with the pen in the tablet version and also let the document sign by the client. 

On the apple PC worked it and now when I would use always the adobe programs, doesn't work it - specially in the tablet using
