Sorry for the delay in response.

As per the issue description mentioned above,  it seems you are getting "incorrect password" when trying to sign a pdf using digital certificates. As you mentioned, you changed the password, you need to supply the newly created password to sign the pdf.

You may also create new digital ID using the stpes given in the following help document:

I've changed the password - this may be a problem translating work documents to my home computer for signatures. Is that correct?
