Funny how this person just write 'slow' and they get a lenghtly reply, but when i make a post with all the informaiton i cant get any help .

 

Ive never had any issues before this. Any file no matter the size or what was on it i had no issues. 

I bid projects for work and look at about 20 different projects everyday and bid them. 

My laptop with has

- 64GB RAM

- i7 Processsor 

i should not have any speed problems whatsoever. 

 

One day about 2 months ago all of the suddent the majority of files I open freeze, or are just extremely slow. The majority of the plans I open ended up making the adobe very slow, and in most cases i have to quit the program to access it. Luckily my employee has been able to handle the workload but its just getting frsutrating i cant use my own lapttop to work on these projects. 

 

Ive looked online and on these dsicussions and tried every possible fix. 

- removed any security or web settings

- deleted all adobe from my computer and restarted everything

- did the full deletion an Adobe emplyee reocmmented with the tool cleaner or whatever, they re-downloaded adobe using the link he provided 

- NONE OF THIS WORKED

 

Waited about 2 months hoping that any lucky update on my computer may finally fix the issue.

 

Im desperate here and really hope to get this working. Ive had to download Bluebeam to be able to ready those documents but that is just a hassle having to switch back and forth. Im confrtable using adobe already but if I have to evenutally do a fuill cross over then i will, but this is my last hail mary to get this thing working on my station.

    Can you please specify the Adobe application you're referring to? If it is Adobe Express, I want to inform you that there was a new version of Adobe Express released in August, and since then, to improve the app's performance & experience, constant upgrades & features have been added to the web app. 

     

    Let us know if you're still having any issues with Adobe Express!

    No it is for Adobe Pro. ive had this issue for about 3 months now
