Recent trouble when converting Outlook emails to PDF

Hi,

I have been  having trouble recently when converting an Outlook email to PDF. It opens like shown and hten I have to click the "desktop" button and then "open document" for it to open.  Is there a setting that can avoid these extra steps It used to just open to the PDF version of the email before.

    It seems that Outlook email is being converted into a PDF portfolio. Could you please share the screenshot or the screen recording of the workflow used to create a PDF from Outlook email? It will help us understand exactly where the changes are occurring.
