Requesting E signature - Either a white box or an "uploading" screen appears

Whenever requesting an e signature from someone this screen appears and it stays there forever.

The employee affected by this issue is completely unable to do any work because of this.

Things I have tried:

*Reinstall Adobe

*Clearing "show online storage" settings in general preferences
*PC was completely reinstalled due to a different issue, but adobe issue persists.

Can you confirm the vertsion of the software and operating system.

Also, can you confirm that the user has logged out and back in again, then you have purged the preferences?
