saving problem with multiple signature fields

Hi

We have saved a form on a drive that different people have to sign one after the other. Unfortunately, after each signature, we are asked to save the document under a different name or in a different location. Does anyone know what I must do to be able to save the form again with the same name in the same place?

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file on drive or with other files as well. Please try with a different file and check.

Hi Amal

 

Thank you verz much for your answer and the link. It's a problem with all the files that are on the company's drive. But I don't think it's the same problem as at the link.

 

I add signature fields to the form with Adobe Acrobat Pro and then different people must sign it with Adobe Acrobat Reader. But every time they have signed the form with the signature field, the following messages appear.

And we would like to be able to save it with the same title in the same place.

What is the workflow/steps the users are taking to sign the PDF form? A small video recording would be very helpful. Also, please share the PDF form in question with us for testing.

 

What happens when the user tries to sign the PDF online via link https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/
