Searchable Filterable Dropdown based on Textfield Entry

Hi there, 

Is there is a script available to filter the results a dropdown list based on a Textfield entry.  I have a list of thousounds of medical diagnoses and if I wanted to search for "heart" only list entries with this defined value would appear in the dropdown list.
