second login after restart of user session takes very long

Hello,

Im currently rolling out an Acrobat Pro install of  the latest version on windows server, the goal is to let multiple users make use of the installation at a machine with citrix. Now everything works so far but when a user relogs to the machine, its not logging in instantly and throws the login screen after 3 minutes. Now i want that to happen instantly. How can i achieve this without giving the user a new profile everytime.
