Set up a button to export contents of a PDF form to an Excel spreatsheet (under more form options\merge data Files into spreadsheet)

Please let me know if there is a way to set up a button that will copy the contents of an Acrobat 11 form to an Excel spreadsheet using the Merge data files into spreadsheet choice under Forms\More Form Options menu. Thanks for the help!!!
