Signed by recipient; shows as 'In Progress'

Question

Potential signers are being sent reminders when they claim to have already signed. Reflects poorly on sender as it appears to be an administrative/user error.

Document 'File Information' shows:

0 if 1 completed Not Signed

'Activity' lists document as Signed

Further information:

Only one recipient/signer per document.

Common error affecting multiple documents/various recipients.
