Submit form with preset email addresses

I have a pdf form with a submit form field that when I mouse click on it on my laptop it opens the email window with the preset email addresses I have built in the function but when use the form on my iPad  the email addresses don't populate  when I select the submit function button. It use to populate  when I used the form on my iPad bit now it currently does not. What can I do to solve this?

Yes. You need to replace the semi-colons in the URL with commas.

You must use the Submit Form command with a hard-coded URL. You can't use a script.

I am using the Submit form command.. Please see attached document. It use to work on ipads and still works on pc. All i did was go in and add another email address.
