subscription cancel fee for the monthly package

hi im trying to find out where it says that i have a yearly subscription, as far as i am and was concerned i was taking a monthly subscription of 24ish euros, but when i try to cancel it i have to pay the cancelation fee for the yearly one. what gives on the picture to change the plan it also only tells me i have a monthly subscription, this is fraud and theft.
