Question

The new Acrobat UI is absolute garbage

the new update allows for next to zero options for toolbar relocation and efficient customization and it won't even load a set of construction plans without freezing every 5 seconds. I opted to "remove new Acrobat" in the menu bar and it converted to the previous version, which is perfect. why make so many significant changes to a great UI? Adobe must be on the build back better plan. Make Adobe Great Again

Hi @Charles32568111xg5h

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

We acknowledge that the new Acrobat represents a notable change; however, we hope that as you get familiar with the new interface, you can be more productive and get more out of Acrobat.

We are actively working on the feedbacks and suggestions and we will address them with the highest priority. Would you mind collecting the Adobe Crash/freeze logs https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html  and share them via any cloud storage? Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.

If your critical workflows are impacted, you can switch to the old UI from the “Menu” on the top left corner of Windows and View Menu on MacOS. Also, go through the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/learn-about-new-acrobat/td-p/14078856
