Unable to set conditions on form

Hi.

I am attempting to hide fields with conditional logic as per this article:

It states "To set a condition on a field in the drag-and-drop editing environment, right-click the field and select Edit, or double-click the field. The properties window opens for that field. Click Conditions to expand that section." but this does not show for me.

I have several form components including text and dropdown boxes.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
