"Unable to share" pdf

When I try to upload, share a link, send file by email, or share file with others, I get this message:

Thanks for reaching out. 

We believe you are working with the desktop application, either Adobe Acrobat or Reader desktop application. 

Do you get this message while sharing a specific file you share?

  • Login on Document Cloud web and try sharing the file from there once. Let us know if you can share the file from there. https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ 
  • Also, let us know the exact version of your desktop application.

I'm using Acrobat Pro version 2023.003.20244 on Windows 11 Pro. I've tried sharing several files, all relatively small ( < 1MB ), without success. I did try from Document Cloud web as suggested, and that did work. Will I be able to upload and share from the app on my pc though? -Thanks
