Unasked for text convertor in Prepare Form mode

Hi All, I have been preparing this form for a while now, it's a little complex but working well so far. However, every so often when I'm in Prepare Form Mode and doing stuff with it Adobe just decides to do some wierd convert to text function and skews my form completely. Most times the undo button brings it back, but this time that didn't work and neither did Control Z. Sonow my form is ruined, see pic. So my question is, can I find an earlier version of this form, and why is Adobe Acrobat doing this? Thanks

  1. Sample form file with which issue is reproducible.
  2. Video of workflow showing the issue.
  3. Acrobat version you are using.

Sample of files attached, one is OK, but the other is what it ended up like.

I can't do a video of the workflow, as it is unpredictable as to when it happens, the only thing I can say is that it occasionally happens when I'm working on the file in "Prepare Form" mode.

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro version 2024.003.20112   64 bit

Can you try updating to latest Acrobat version and let us know if you are still facing this problem?
