Unicode Characters in pdf doesn't go correctly when PDF is converted to docx

Could you please confirm how to did you create the PDF file initially? Are you using Adobe Acrobat Pro for the conversion of PDF to word file?

The quality of the export is directly related to the quality of how the PDF was made.
