Update 2023.006.20320 saving .jpg

We have multiple users experiencing an issue with update 2023.006.20320.  When attempting to save a document as .jpg the file will appear for a few seconds and then disappear.  The issue occurs when saving to either shared drives or synced files.  When saveing to a non-shared destination there is no issue.  This just started with this most recent update.

    That may be a timing issue on the network share. Is your network highly charged? With synched files, do you mean OneDrive or similar?

    Our profiles are synced, but yes Onedrive our and shared drive are the same issue.  Users with the previous patch experienced no issues, it is only with the new patch, 2023.006.20320 that we are havin the issue.
