Video skins not available in Acrobat DC

Dear Friends,

I have just now replaced my ancient Mac Mini with its Adobe Creative Suite. I now have a brand new Mini and a Creative Cloud subscription.

On my old computer, I created many interactive PDF documents containing videos, all of them I think were translated to H.264 format using old Media Encoder. I was accustomed to having to open the PDFs in old Acrobat, and apply properties to the videos that old Indesign CS6 could not apply.

I have just opened one of old Indesign documents in new Indesign CC, and exported an interactive PDF as usual. But when I open the PDF, I cannot apply any Skin property othe than "All." The dropdown menu does not drop down! The Autohide controls button is also grayed out.

Any advice as to how to retrieve the old functions would be appreciated!
