What has happened to Adobe?

Today I signed into Adobe - what a nightmare that was. Firstly, it is pinpoiont text, so having visual issues, an absolute nightmare. Secondly, all the tools etc have moved and I cannot locate how to get back the old format, where you had the items that you needed at the top like the page percentage etc. And last, it went from adobe to somehting called acrobat uvoice - it wouldn't accept my login details and it was an absolute nightmare to get sorted - it now means that I have 3 different logins to my account and its really annoying. Don't even get me started on verification! another nightmare.

Change by all means but not so that it makes it completely different to what we have and used. I had no notification that this was going to happen and I am so stressed out by it. Over an hour just to get here!

I need to know how to put the adobe back to hte original format so that I can locate things easily as htis new system is making things really difficult for me. Thank you.

You can revert to the old interface:

Steps to enable and disable the new experience

  • To enable the new experience, go to View > Enable new Acrobat and click Restart.
  • To disable the new experience,
    • Windows: Click the hamburger menu at the upper left corner and choose Disable new Acrobat.
    • macOS: Go to View > Disable new Acrobat.

To learn about the New Experience, go here:

Does this help?
