What programs/features can I use to make a interactive list?

I'm trying to think of a way for the viewers of my document to be able to organize the listed items in said document the way that they like best. Whether that be alphbetically, recently added, number, ect.

 

I understand this may need to be a link to a landing page or program, rather than a static document. Are there any programs (Adobe or other) that can be used to achieve this outcome?

    Dynamically arranging items in a list on a PDF requires those items to be displayed in a form field, control buttons to select the arrangement, and scripts to perform the arranging. 

     

    And this feature would only work in Acrobat Pro, Reader, and a very small set of 3rd party viewers that support the Acrobat JavaScript model.
