While converting the PDF into Word file in my acrobet pro, words are missing in word file

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

     

    Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

     

    What is the workflow/steps you are doing to export the PDF to Word? A small video recording would be very helpful. You may also try to export the PDF online via link https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that works.

    What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.08.2042X installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once and check.

      Hi, Thanks for the information. My current version is 2023.006.20380 and I am not getting any option to check for updates in help section. As I am using company provided laptop it is not possible for me to use the documents on web as it might create issue in data security.

      Also when I am trying to convert the document in word from the link, still it is coming with missing words.
