Hi. I'm currently using the InDesign Plan as an annual plan from June.
I tried to hang up after using it for a month, but it was paid annually.
The order invoice number is AB02644600048CKR. But I haven't been using it since July. I'm also aware of my fault for not reading the payment system properly and cutting off the plan. So can I pay by this month and refund the rest of the period without penalty?
