어도비 cc 플랜이며 생성 크레딧 3010개가 있는데 왜 firefly 텍스트 및 이미지 => 비디오 기능을 이용할 수 없나요? 이 생성 크레딧이랑 영상용 생성 크레딧이 따로 있는 건가요? 실행을 누르면 파이어플라이 플랜 결제창이 나옵니다. 고객센터에 문의해 봤는데 제 플랜으로 가능하다고 하고 잠깐 오류가 발생했다는데 이게 맞나요?

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

While Firefly was released in public beta yesterday, the Firefly plan included with individual Creative Cloud subscriptions will not have video generation included, except for a limited time period, those without a separate Firefly plan (not including the free plan).  This is the table in the Frequently asked questions about generative credits document that covers this:

Even though individual creative cloud plans have generative AI credits, those credits cannot be used for video creation beyond the limited trial. Video generation will need one of the paid Firefly plans.

The plan names are not completely consistent in all help documents. "Firefly Plus" seems to be the same as "Firefly Standard" and "Firefly Premium" the same as "Firefly Pro".

Dedicated credits for creating videos and sounds are separately subscribed and sold.

What I'm curious about in the future is the Premier Pro.

According to the announcement in April 24, we saw additional conch from other companies as well as Firefly.

Maybe, I should buy more credits as well as Firefly.

What's more problematic is that the quality of the resolution is good
The prompt says that what I want is not coming out well.

어쩌면, 파이어플라이 뿐만 아니라 더 추가되는 크레딧을 구매해야 할지도 모릅니다.

더욱 문제가 되는 것은 해상도 등의 품질은 좋을지 몰라도
프롬프트를 통해 내가 원하는 내용이 잘 나오지 않고 있다는 것입니다.
