Hello. I'm the new IT Coordinator at my company, and I'm trying to perform a Software Audit. The older IT staff kept zero documentation on the software they had installed on our PC's. I'm able to acquire the product key of our Adobe version X and down by means of the registry; however, version XI doesn't seem to have the product key there. Is there anyplace on a PC to find this information? The cache.db file doesn't contain this information either.

yes, they want commercial users to buy their (belarc) products but there is no commercial version of belarc advisor (that i can see) so i thought they would give you permission to use it or inform you that there is a commercial product that does the same thing.

I will look into that. I was hoping to not require the use of third party software so if there are any additional suggestions toward that I would appreciate it.

if adobe software was purchased and downloaded from or registered with adobe, serial numbers may be available from adobe.com
