Livecycle Designer ES4: How to add an attachment to include file name

New Here ,

I can't seem to figure out how to add an attachment button that will also indicate the exact file name, to the right of it in the form I'm trying to create. I believe my form is considered a dynamic form; it's flowed and setup as western text throughout most of it. I'm assuming I'll need to add some JavaScript and create an event but I'm stumped at how to do that since JavaScript is what I'm least knowledgeable at in this. I have the standard "Add an Attachment" button on it but I'd like to allow the option for attachments to be added throughout different parts of the form and show the name next to each, since the form is going to be routed to alternate area's for use. Any help would be amazing!!!

Sorry; I thought they were both intertwined with one another. I'll definitely do that! Thanks
