Stop automatically rounding decimals

Hi there. I have a PDF with fillable fields and I can' get the fields to stop automatically rounding decimals up. For example, I will input 2.8 and the field will read 3. For the nature of this PDF, I need the numbers to be as accurate as possible. Is there a way to format the fields to keep them from rounding? Thank you!

Did you set the fields' Format to Number? If so, how many decimals did you define it as having?

I saw that the format was not set to number, and by changing that it fixed my issue. I feel so silly.
