When will Acrobat DC be updated to Catalina?

I've wasted hours tryying to find out when Acrobat DC will be updated to Catalina.  I think that someone who I could barely understand because of his strong accent, said that it would be a month.  After hours waiting for a response from a "specialist" on the chat, I'm about ready to give up.  Can anyone help?

Hi There,

Thanks for reaching out. Please refer to the help article Do my Adobe apps work in macOS Catalina 10.15? and see if that answers your query.

Your link does not answer my question. WHEN will Acrobat DC be updated to Catalina? If you were a 1-man app producer, I could understand your inability to update your app in time for Catalina. But Adobe DC has no excuse. We DC users pay a great deal so we can have timely updates. You are letting ALL of us down.

Given that Catalina was released by Apple on October 7, less than a week ago, you might want to read this post on the topic. When Will Adobe work with Catalina?

And given that Adobe is a corporation that develops intellectual property, none of us know the details about future releases until they are actually released to the public.

You could see an upgrade for Catalina for the other Creative Suite apps in about a month, when Adobe's Max conference takes place. They traditionally have their major released timed with Max. But Acrobat is on a different development schedule so don't assume you'll see it upgraded to Catalina then.

Bottom line: none of the volunteer ACPs and MVPs on this forum known the answer. And if the Adobe employees who monitor the forum or beta testers happen to know the answer, they most likely are under NDA to not publically disclose such information here.

Don't know about others, but I missed out on a massive EDA grant because Acrobat DC wouldn't reliably reproduce input from my Macbook Pro running Catalina.  In fact, I missed out on another government agency grant for basically the same reason.  Third time's the charm:  I'm alerting my Congress member to the fact that the collusion between agencies and Adobe violates antitrust laws.  I'll not get fooled again.

You're saying you missed out two grants, one massive, because:

You couldn't borrow a Windows computer,

You couldn't downgrade to an older OS (Macs generally don't force updates),

You couldn't use another PDF program?

Do I understand that correctly?

I don't know what you are referring to about agencies and Adobe. Do you mean the requirement of a PDF format? Adobe doesn't own the PDF format (anymore).
