I redacted what I thought was only the third page, saved it and opened it now all the other two pages are redacted. I need to know how to UN REDACT the entire document.

There is no way to un-redact a document. The information you removed is gone for good. You should always save a copy of your document when you redact it, and Acrobat actually helps you with that by using a different file name ("xxxx_Redacted.pdf"). Unless you replace your original document, you should still have access to it. If you did replace your original document, then, as I said, there is no way back. Going forward, make sure that you keep the original document in a safe place.
