A very confusing problem!

Hello,

I am facing a very interesting problem.

I have made a game called "Ufo Space Escape".

When I run it through the swf file on my cmoputer, it runs fine with all hit tests working fine.

But, when I run it from my website, the hittests work awfully wrong and even while the spaceship is on the track, it dies.

You can play the game at: http://www.freewebs.com/chinmayagoyal/thegreatspaceescape.htm

What should I do to solve this?

Thanking You,

Chinmaya

Hi, Chin.

Did you checked the Flash Plugin version? It's possible that the one you have for stand alone is different from the one you have as plugin for your browsers, and something may be changed. Check it, install the same version and figure out some workaround if it is the case.

Also, does exists some loader for you SWF at the browser? This loader is also on the local version?

Regards,

CaioToOn!

Thank you for the reply.

Yes, the versions of the flash players are the same and there is a loader for the swf on the website. Actually it doesn't load the swf into a blank swf, but, it simply it is a pre-loader at the beginning of the swf.

You can see the game at: http://www.freewebs.com/chinmayagoyal/thegreatspaceescape.htm

Is there any other solution,

Thank You for your help,

Chinmaya
