cc login not accepted in partner portal

I'm trying to set up the business catalyst website that comes along with my CC subscription.

The BC Partner Portal is not accepting my login.

Any ideas as to what's going on?

This might be a clue: Can we have two BC accounts via the same machine and IP address?

Through another organization, I have a BC login.

Through my Adobe CC, I should have another BC login.

Each should be its own entity, but could one be blocking the other?

Has anyone run into this?
