Without seeing the image, it is difficult to offer an opinion. Generally speaking, however, if the image is blurry because of camera shake or from being out of focus there isn't a lot that can be done with software to make the image look like it's perfect. The current version of Photoshop has a shake reduction filter that can help somewhat, but there's really no substitute for a good sharp image in my opinion. If you would like to make your image available via Dropbox or something similar so that others could look at it perhaps we should make some suggestions.
