Raw images from Canon 5d Mark 1V won't open in bridge. Have tried dual pixel enabled and disabled, neither will open.

I've updated the camera software and bridge and photoshop will still not open the images.

What version of Camera Raw are you using? You need at least 9.7.

Hi Renjish,

Sorry that you cannot open raw images from your Canon 5D mark IV camera, let us help make this right.

As JamesHess mentioned that you must have atleast Camera Raw version 9.7 to be able to process raw images from this camera.
