Trouble getting lens profile creator to work

I have been working on being able to add lens profiles on Lightroom. I downloaded Air without a problem and then the Lens Profile Creater 1.0.4 and when I try to open it up it says cxcore100.dll is missing when I can see it in the folder next to it and can open the folder open even. I am on Windows 8. What am I doing wrong?

I got it to work. I found and article saying to download: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Libraries (SP1). That did the trick.
