How do I sign out of my account

Once I sign into my account how do I log out of my account?

In the upper right corner should be your name and if you click it a menu drops down with "Sign Out":

If you click on the "correct" answer provided in this thread, you will then see the icon in the upper right corner that provide the menu drop-down mentioned. Otherwise, Adobe provides no such option to sign out.
