The first .pdf file I tried to convert to Word fails to convert. What is wrong?

I just purchased a 1 yr. subscription tp the Adobe .pdf extraction service.  After signing in I tried to convert a .pdf form to Word so I could fill in the data.  The conversion failed several times and I don't know why?  Help please.

Hi, are you able to share the Word document? I would be happy to take a look at it and see what is wrong.
