CS6ServiceManager.exe - System Error

PC running Windows 10:
Today I uninstalled my CS6 suite having now installed the CC suite. Up to this point, the two were installed concurrently.
However, when I restart Windows 10, I get a series of 3 CS6ServiveManager.exe error messages. It's as if a piece of the registry was not removed during the uninstall process.
Another curious issue. When starting Photoshop CC2019, I was prompted to log on to my CC account (for the first time in eons). When I logged on, I was informed that I had exceeded the number of machines that I could associate with my CC account. It showed the PC I was logging on with as a new unknown device - pushing me over the limit. I had to de-register my laptop, as I wasn't using it.
Can anyone please offer any advice?
